A Somatic Sexologist, Intimacy Coach, and founder of Permissionary Heart. My work exists for one simple reason: to help you feel safe in your body again.
For years, I believed something was wrong with me. I’d done the therapy, read the books, practiced the mindfulness — yet parts of me still felt disconnected. My body would tense when I wanted to relax, shut down when I wanted to open, and stay quiet when I longed to feel.
What I didn’t know then is that my body wasn’t broken. It was protecting me.
That realization changed everything.

Through somatic education, trauma-informed coaching, and sacred intimacy practices, I learned how to partner with my body — not against it.
That journey brought me here: holding space for others who are ready to come home to themselves.
I believe safety and pleasure aren’t opposites; they’re deeply intertwined. When your nervous system learns that it’s safe to feel, your capacity for joy, love, and connection expands naturally.

We go at your pace. Consent and choice are woven into every step of the process.

Your body holds the map. Through breath, movement, and touch-based practices, we invite the wisdom that’s already within you to emerge.

Pleasure isn’t indulgence — it’s medicine. It’s how your body remembers what aliveness feels like.

But what truly qualifies me isn’t just my training — it’s my lived experience. I walk this path too.

Healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and accepted exactly as you are.

Every body is capable of pleasure — sometimes we just need to remember how.

Sexuality is sacred, not shameful.

True intimacy begins with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
My mission is to create a world where women feel safe to be sexual, men feel safe to be tender, and relationships thrive in authenticity and respect.
Healing begins with a conversation — a space where you can exhale, tell the truth, and start to listen to what your body has been trying to say.
It would be an honor to walk beside you.
